FOTOMICASA offers you a professional photography service specializing in the creation of images for the promotion and marketing of properties for sale or rent in digital media such as flats, apartments, villas, land, etc.
However, we also carry out other photographic work, normally for commercial use on the internet and, in particular, the creation of product catalogs for sale online. If you need information, please contact Contact us.
Currently, FOTOMICASA provides its services throughout the area near the Costa Cálida in the Region of Murcia and some points on the coast of Alicante. Check out our zone map detailing the areas in which the prices offered include travel expenses
Please note that we also carry out many works in places outside the service areas indicated on the map, under agreed conditions according to our location, close to Cartagena. If your property is outside the areas marked in the map, please do not hesitate to contact us to reach an agreement at advantageous conditions.
On this page, we offer you four standardized packages of 16, 20, 28 and 36 photographs for commercial use in portals, agencies and other media for the sale or rental of homes and other real estate. However, we are always open to fit the specific needs of each client.
The images, once acquired, become the exclusive property of the client and he will be the owner of all rights to use them. FOTOMICASA only reserves the right to use it exclusively for the promotion of its own professional photography services.
FOTOMICASA will deliver the photographic works with a slight attribution mark that you can find in one of the corners of each image, as you can see in the example image shown at right.
For other types of special works intended to printed advertisements, inclusion in magazines, printed catalogs or other different uses, the inclusion of the attribution mark may be eliminated by express agreement between the client and FOTOMICASA.
We offer three forms of payment to settle our service fees:
- Bank transfer indicating as reference your invoice number (recommended)
- BIZUM (with a maximum limit of 500 euros)
- Cash (taking into account that, in accordance with Law 7/2012 of October 29, the global amount paid for the same service shall not exceed 2,500 euros)
