We go to your home to take pictures according to an appointment previously agreed with you. Travel costs are included in most of the Costa Cálida locations and some other areas.

DIGITAL EDITING AND RETOUCHING
We will process all the images through photo editing and retouching programs so that your photos reflect all the attractiveness of your property and can be successfully marketed.
This process is essential: we adjust brightness, framing, distortions, color corrections and some other factors to obtain an optimum level of quality and boost the commercial value of your images.
DELIVERY IN 3 FORMATS
You will receive the final result with your photos in 3 sets of different sizes:

The correspondence with the packages and the typology of the dwellings expressed are just a general suggestion. It is possible that small dwellings require more detailed reports or, on the contrary, larger ones may require smaller works.
Social Media Reels
The reel format has become the most popular way to quickly and effectively share content. To help you promote your sales or rentals, we create an attractive presentation in this format for you.
Our team will make a short reel, lasting between 20 seconds and one minute. We'll use images from your photo report adding some text information you provide to create the reel. You can use it on popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Youtube Shorts, and Facebook.

How does it work?
VISIT AND PHOTOSHOOTING
Contact us and we will arrange an appointment on the day and time of your convenience and we will go to your property to take pictures. Please, do not forget that we will need natural light, although it is advisable to rule out the hours in which the sun hits directly the windows.
To get the best commercial material of your house, we would like to recommend you to follow some tips and ideas to prepare your house before taking pictures here.
EDITION AND SCREENING
We will edit the images obtained through a digital correction and retouching process to achieve the optimal result you expect from us.
In a few days time, we will send you a document in pdf format for you to check the final result of the photos obtained for your approval.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
To settle our service fees, you can choose the payment method of your preference:

You will receive the photographs via the Internet in three different formats (high, medium and low resolution) along with the invoice for our fees, and you will be able to freely use them for an adequate promotion of your home.

Glass, mirrors and flat surfaces
We take it for granted that you want your photos to be in a pristine state of cleanliness, but sometimes we can forget to take extra care on certain surfaces, where even a small trace of dirt spoils a good photograph and, in particular, they are very difficult to fix in later post-production processes.
Lamps and light fittings
While natural light is the best for this type of photos, lamps, spotlights, ceiling lights and other points of light will go a long way to making your home more attractive and make the photographer's job easier. Make sure they are all working and that you have spare bulbs, just in case.
Depersonalize your home
An advice applicable especially in holiday rental homes: avoid the massive presence of personal objects overloading the rooms. Clients want to live their own experience in your house; Let's leave room in their imagination to build the holidays they dream of.
Choose the best hour
Natural light, necessary for your photos to look attractive, can become our enemy if it shines directly on the windows. Think about which is the best time slot to take pictures, preventing the sun from forcing us to dispense with exterior views.
Your outdoor furniture
We know that it is necessary to store outdoor furniture to keep it safe from the elements. However, for the report to be a success, we have to ask you to temporarily incorporate them on the terrace, balcony or other outdoor areas where they are usually located.
Pool water
If you are the lucky owner of a house with a swimming pool, your photos can be a valuable asset for your promotion. Be sure to remove cloudiness from the water, one of the things that can't be fixed in any post-production process.
